M.AX specialist | AI Solution Company

ITSCO delivers the AX transformation of the shop floor.

The answers are on the factory floor

The company that carries them into a system, ITSCO

We connect the equipment, gather the data,

and send the decision back to the floor.

Thank you for visiting ITSCO.

We are a company that started on the manufacturing floor. We connect equipment, collect the data, turn that data into decisions, and put those decisions back to work on the line.We prove our work by what the line does, not by what a report says.

The demands on manufacturing are changing quickly. There are fewer people, and the requirements for quality and carbon keep rising.ITSCO answers that with autonomous manufacturing — digitising the floor, adding AI to the decision, and carrying it through to equipment and robots.

That capability was recognised in 2026, when KEIT confirmed ITSCO as an M.AX company. The grounds were nine application areas — from predictive maintenance to generative AI — and the record behind them on heat-treatment and steel floors.

We will build systems that keep being used on our customers' floors.Thank you.

CEO, ITSCOLee Minwoo

We understand manufacturing before we apply AI

“Beyond a faith in technology for its own sake, we read the plant's data and its process first. ITsco brings the whole run — understanding the equipment, connecting the data, and optimising what it produces — together into one manufacturing AX ecosystem.”

01

Understanding the plant

“We learn the floor before the technology”

02

Connected data

“A data pipeline sturdier than the model on top of it”

03

AI optimisation

“AX completed in the language of the floor”

04

Value realised

“Cost down, and an ROI you can prove”

From the human brain to the AI brain

The people on the floor still know it best. ITSCO starts by moving what they judge by into a form AI can read.

    Who we are

An M.AX specialist delivering DX, AX and GX for Korean manufacturing

Building smart factories on site since 2016 — a delivery organisation that has handled the equipment and the data itself, not a consultancy.

    02

    Our approach

Start from the criteria, not from the model

However much data accumulates, AI cannot judge without knowing what the numbers mean. The standards and the experience of skilled operators have to be set down first for a model to do its job.

  • A hand touching a screen as process indicators light up on a data dashboard

    03

    Where we are going

The expert's judgement stays with the plant, not the person

Move a veteran's criteria into rules and data and that judgement survives a shift change and a retirement. The AI brain is the point at which one person's experience stops being their own and becomes the plant's.

From the AI brain to the autonomous factory

Combine what people know with what the factory records to build an AI brain, then widen it into agents by discipline and into control on the floor. That widening is ITSCO's own sequence.

  1. Equipment at 300 degrees: from the number alone, AI cannot tell whether that is normal or not.

What DX produces is not a system. It is data with the criteria for judging it attached.

Connecting the equipment and making the process recordable is only the start. The criteria written down in the work and technical standards, and the judgement skilled operators carry from experience, have to be set down together as rules on top of it — and only then is there material an AI can read.

  2. The eye that watches the whole factory is not the eye that digs into one process.

AX builds the brain that sees the whole factory first, then extends it into agents by discipline.

The AI brain comes first: the centre of judgement, where rules drawn from people's experience meet the plant's data. It reads the chain between processes and the risk across the business, and catches the case where every indicator is normal on its own but the combination is not.

From there it extends into agents by discipline. AI Production digs into demand and capacity, AI Quality into the variables behind a defect, AI Maintenance into when equipment will fail, AI Energy into the electricity peak. Each takes the signal the brain caught, establishes its cause, and the findings gather back into the brain as a response.

  3. A programme run only for compliance stays a cost.

ITSCO designs GX as an axis laid over AX, not as a separate programme.

AI Carbon connects the electricity and gas data AI Energy handles with the production record AI Production handles. It reads data already flowing from a different angle rather than collecting anything new.

With the digital thread in place, per-product emissions and LCA — and the product traceability carbon rules such as MRV, DPP and CBAM call for — are built on the same base. The compliance framework is secured as a by-product of improving the core operating indicators, not as separate investment.

  4. If the analysis ends in a report, the factory does not change.

In the last stage, judgement carries through into action.

Physical AI connects to real equipment — valves, motors, pumps — and carries the action out. A digital twin verifies it first, and robots and AMRs handle the logistics.

At this point prediction, analysis and action close into one loop. What the action produces accumulates again as data and rules, updates the AI brain, and the factory grows more exact the longer it runs. A factory that holds without a person resident in the decision loop — that is what ITSCO means by an autonomous factory.

ITSCO core AI solutions

Five AI solutions and one integrating agent, for turning a manufacturer's core decisions over to AI.

  • AI Production

Reads demand, capacity, inventory and equipment state to support the best production plan and process settings.

  • AI Quality

Reads equipment conditions, work conditions and raw materials to predict defects before they happen, analyse the variables behind them and recommend the best process conditions.

  • AI Maintenance

Reads equipment data to predict anomalies and the point of failure ahead of time, so maintenance is timed to the equipment's actual condition rather than to a fixed interval.

  • AI Energy

Combines energy data — electricity, gas — with production volume and equipment state for peak prediction and energy optimisation.

  • AI Carbon

Connects energy and carbon data by product and process to manage per-product emissions, LCA and MRV, and to meet carbon reporting rules such as CBAM.

  • AI Agent

    Integrating agent

One AI analyses together what the five read — production, quality, maintenance, energy and carbon — and presents the floor's main risks and the best response as an agent.

Beyond the smart factory, to the autonomous factory.

ITSCO starts by connecting and understanding manufacturing data, then works through analysis and optimisation to build a factory that judges and acts on its own.
